6:07 am. woke up smiling, remembering how good last nights dinner was. Stewart and Jen came over and we had flank steak with baked sweet potato fries, Jens spinach salad and beets from the polish grocer in North Market. It was one of the best looking dishes I've ever seen, the colours blending perfectly. The taste blend was amazing. I was in charge of taste control/cheerleading.
No cigarettes this morning. Nicorette gum. I'm not trying to do the decent thing, and be a strong personality by quitting, I'm looking for the easiest way to a high I enjoy.
